It was comical to me because I had a direct line into his office by means of staff that would report to me how pissed off this parody account made him, so in that sense, mission accomplished.

For the record, I think Taso did a pretty good job, and I think he’s a good man. His interactions with the media proved to be a downfall however, which is why this account became popular….

Because for the most part, it’s the younger generation that engaged and retweeted. This was a chance to educate, to engage, and to change the landscape of politics moving forward. But he failed miserably at this, and it set the tone moving forward.

This account was created out of sheer frustration. Frustration over a mayor who sought to use this platform only as a candidate. Upon securing mayorship, he deleted his social media accounts. That really burned my ass…
