@JennAirCanada Hi ,
Having an issue with JennAir dishwasher which is under warranty .called JennAir & opened up a service call Service Job Number: SWCS740BFBD4-1. They sent a same tech twice but the problem is not fixed .
How to I escalate the issue .

I have received a brand new Oven DOA & called customer service to replace it & they are not willing to .

I haven’t paid lots of money to get a faulty product deliver to me .

Appreciate if this can be resolve ASAP.

@Whirlpool_CA This is news to me as I called on Tuesday right after technician’s visit & your customer service rep advised that a tech will come on Monday 11th to fix the issue under the same service call
What have changed since ?

@Whirlpool_CA This is very bad customer & repair service I am getting from JennAir .
I would refrain to buy any product either from whirlpool or JennAir in future if this won’t resolve ASAP.

@Whirlpool_CA He advised to call JennAir again & I did that . Someone from JennAir advised me that you will send another tech under the same repair order .
I simply don’t know what’s going on here

Technician came yesterday & replaced some sort of board which makes UI working & he tried to complete initial setup of oven & stuk at the point where the manual was saying to put oven in broil for 5 min & check if it heats. Ovendoesn’theat atall nomatter which setting used

What would be the next step as the Oven doesn’t heat at all & this is the brand new Oven delivered & never used , having issues one after another.

Oven doesn’t heat using any button from the panel
