Traffic Dept of @bidhannagarpc fines for overspeeding @ 61km/hr while they fixed normal speed limit on a Highway to be 50km/hr as per the challan received !Astonishingly they have not put any sinages/boards indicating the speed limit they have decided ! @BidhannagarCP @WBPolice
