@StubHubSucksAss Had issues getting my e-tix from @TeamStubHub. I waited for 3 hour, 4 days in a row because I fell for their helpline BS. The 4th day, “I refused to get off the line until I have my tix”. My only response to anything said. Once they understood this, had my tix in five minutes.
Fifteen hours over five days: The amount of time on hold with @TeamStubHub this week. They lied to me repeatedly that my ticket would be ready in X hours. Same lie today. I then refused to get off the phone until I had my ticket. Five minutes later, ticket in hand. #StubHubSucks
