@taltalon @IntCyberDigest Someone missed the memo. The claim was that it could scan and auto-connect to open/public hotspots and send the data regardless of if you chose not to connect it to LAN/wifi. So, if someone was running an open wifi, or say a Xfinity wifi, the tv would connect anyway on its own.
