My 7-year old son was asked to draw his local neighbourhood around the school, and I was really struck by how many cars there were, and also how huge they were.

I asked if he just liked drawing cars, or if this is how it feels in his head. He said this is how it feels 😕 1/3

@CHAIRRDRF @MamaMoose_Be I think we're all on the same page aren't we? Women want to feel safe when cycling. Seeing so many helmets and hi-vis is a sign of just how unsafe they feel. My mother felt so safe in the LTNs she rode without a helmet. Now they're taken out, she rarely rides, helmet or not.
