Hezbollah's Nasrallah held a speech yesterday. A lot of rhetoric, little substance.

Seems Hezbollah's strategy like Hamas relies on garnering support and pressure on Biden. They seem to see weakness among the US leadership. no surprise since many in the world see a weak leadership in Washington d.c.

And for those in the west who think they can negotiate with terrorists, in the middle east compromise, deals are seen as weakness. This we also see in Nasrallah's speech in which he cited Israeli negotiations for a hostagedeal as a sign of failure. Only strength is respected in the middle east. So get that Rafah operation started!

Summery of Nasrallah Ramadan speech:

- Nasrallah mentioned that eliminating Hamas or the ‘resistance’ is impossible and cited Israel's negotiations with Hamas as a sign of failure.
- He expressed support for all Palestinian factions demanding an end to the war, Israel's withdrawal, and the return of displaced people to the northern Gaza Strip.
- Nasrallah suggested that Biden could stop the export of weapons to Israel with a single order and criticized efforts to provide aid as insufficient to stop the war.
- Tension and anger among Israeli ‘settlers’ have increased in the Lebanese front, putting economic and military pressure on the ‘enemy’.
- Nasrallah responded to critics of the Gaza war in Lebanon by referencing Israeli officials' comments on the situation in the northern front.
- He said that the IDF has shortage of soldiers and its attempts to recruit the ultra orthodox.
- Nasrallah emphasized the power of the ‘Resistance Nexus’ and the influence of American protesters on the US government, suggesting that pressure on Biden could end the war.
- He casually mentioned recent Israeli attacks on Baalbek without detailing Hezbollah's response to those attacks.
