Restoration of TwitPlus

After what seems like forever, we've got our tweet viewing service back up and running. And we’ve added some improvements:

Following on from a hardware failure of our primary server on the 10th May 2021 our service is currently unavailable.

We have backups of all content on TwitPlus and are currently working to restore functionality with a long needed update to our web service.

We're making some updates to the way longer tweets show their tweet date. We will shortly be showing the local time of a tweet along with the timezone to help with internationalisation (or internationalization).
