No official statement on the reason but the decision was made by the "National lottery administration" so most likely it's related to gambling

As a dev myself, hats off to the devs that built this, renders like these are hard to do and can easily turn ugly with frustrating bugs.

- Bad marketing, no mention at Twitchcon, even tho they desperately needed new features / tools to announce.
- Bad resource management, obviously this team is talented, why waste it on a gimmick? why not let them have a go at the VODs or Clips system for example? (2/3)

Thanks man, it's not about the sub, it's just annoying and makes it unusable, I use twitch in the background while working, and having to waste time switching channels to decide what to watch makes me skip it and watch YT or Netflix or something

Getting this frustrating ad lately, recorded it pre-roll on @nymnion 's channel
It's too long, empty, 0 attention grabbing, I never watched MMOs, afaik NymN is not an MMO streamer, wrong audience
Sure ads are essential for the platform, but this is the worse way of doing it
