BREAKING: Maine's Democratic Governor Janet Mills throws down against Donald Trump for trying to intimidate her in person during a meeting of the nation's governors: "See you in court."

This is how you deal with the bully-in-chief...

"The NCAA has complied immediately by the way that's good but I understand Maine... Is Maine here? The Governor of Maine?" said Trump during a meeting of the National Governors Association at the White House.

He was referring to his executive order banning transgender athletes from competing in girls’ and women’s sports. Despite his authoritarian overreach, it's an issue that is best left to the states.

"Yeah, I'm here," responded Mills.

"Are you, uh, not going to comply with it?" asked Trump.

"I'm complying with state and federal laws," the governor responded.

"We are the federal law," said Trump, who fancies himself a monarch. "Well you better do it. You better do it because you're not going to get any federal funding at all if you don't."

"And by the way your population — even though it's somewhat liberal although I did very well there — your population doesn't want men playing in women's sports," he continued. "So you better, you better comply because otherwise you're not getting any federal funding."

"See you in court," Governor Mills said bluntly, clearly unimpressed with Trump's bluster.

"Good I'll see you in court. I look forward to that, that should be a real easy one," replied Trump. "And enjoy your life after governor cause I don't think you'll be in elected politics."
