Just arrived @Delta Flt, 853 RSW-JFK. Kudos to lead flight attendant, Margarita, who was unbelievable!!! Passengers were briefed in advance to expect rough air after take-off & her calm manner was reassuring, especially for this nervous flyer!! You are lucky to have her.
