On Saturday morning, January 6, travelers heading north on I-95 will see a new traffic pattern for Exit 38 (old Exit 23) for Route 146 and State Offices. The exit will move one mile south of its present location.

Drivers should be prepared to take the exit sooner and must stay in the right lane as they approach Atwells Avenue, immediately after the downtown exit. Drivers continuing north on I-95 must stay to the left.
