@paned_neis_o_de That is one thing in itself based on clear physiological advantages of going through male puberty… but when those advantages combine into a contact sport then how can it be safe for women…
@paned_neis_o_de Surely the starting point is why we had womens sport in the first place? Surely equality would mean everyone competes together… no woman would ever have won an Olympic gold in 100m
@paned_neis_o_de As Serena Williams famously said, she would get hammered by Andy Murray, no contest… without womens sport we are essentially saying to half the population that by accident of birth you cannot be successful at sport…
@WilliamHillPLC takes bets on Russell Henley at 1/175 and now writes to say it should have been 1/33 … coincidence as he is in the lead? Will no doubt stop loads of people cashing out whilst this is resolved. Scandalous
@RichardMoorhead@SirJJQC If you think that a defence of ‘the ends justify the means’ is appropriate then it really is a slippery slope.
Also to suggest a QC who is head of chambers at a leading public law set doesn’t understand candour is probably stretching it?
@MattHancock how are vaccination bank staff who are required to attend (and travel at cost to) in person training not paid for this? Working time regulations? Less favourable treatment of part time workers? #clapwontcutit
@AdamWagner1 At what point a JR against these police forces to stop wasting public money on pursuing ‘crimes’ when the law is pretty clearly not with them?
@PeterBleksley Like many I agree that 90%+ of those on the front line are to be commended, aren’t you in danger of missing the point that senior management should be able to understand these issues? Some their decisions about ‘approach’ and the resources put to enforcing this are over zealous?
@PFEW_HQ spare a thought for the contract cleaners at your own HQ on zero hours contracts losing hours (and probably tax credits etc too) and pay right now as bookings disappear?
