@luusssso I love staircases like the one in that last pic. Wide, long steps that are (or at least seem) closer together than your average step. There was a staircase like that at a hotel banquet center I used to frequent and it was genuine pleasure to ascend and descend. lol
@fyrewede@Devon_Eriksen_ Definitely not average! That's probably about the top 10-15% of Millennials in my experience (and looking at some quick numbers).
Your son sounds like a really talented and hard-working dude. Good work!
@ChrisMurphyCT It's so crazy that we allowed these monsters to take a chainsaw to the public health apparatus that expertly prevented Covid from reaching our shores and handled it perfectly when it wasn't here.
@tedbradly240723@kimberdavis30@ggreenwald The allegation was that Trump and Russia colluded, which - as you indicated - was not the reality.
Anyways, I mostly find it interesting that the phony scandal was constant coverage, but the current actual scandal(s) aren't given nearly as much coverage.
@tedbradly240723@kimberdavis30@ggreenwald The initial allegation was that Russia helped Trump win the 2016 election because he was their preferred candidate. The story was covered wall-to-wall for years. It was based off very shoddy opposition intel, and was found to be inaccurate.
@tedbradly240723@kimberdavis30@ggreenwald I don't follow news as much as I used to, but it is kind of crazy to me that Russiagate, which really was fake, was inescapable coverage for years. But I can easily go to Reddit, NYT, CNN main pages over the last six months and not know the stuff Glenn is talking about here.
@DreamsUnchartd It's not "idiotic." It's just what he wanted to do. He doesn't seem to have been motivated by money or having the strip stay current forever. He wanted to me a great newspaper comic strip and he did.
@KobeissiLetter It's almost as if the Iran War has been an unmitigated disaster that completely unraveled anything positive his second term had to offer.
@BeverlySutphin1 This movie was so heavily advertised when it came out, yet when I went to catch up with it years later I found it never even had a DVD (or Blu) release. Any good?
Quintessentially 1995 VHS cover/poster right there.
