Two Trails has completed another Generation 5 Porsche Dealership this month. Proud to share that the Porsche Newport Beach facility has achieved a LEED Silver Certification!

We are proud to share one of our latest high performance building achievements. Two Trails was honored to serve as the LEED Certification Administrators and Commissioning Authority for the Porsche Nashua Dealership in New Hampshire, designed by the talented team at Praxis3.

This high-performance project incorporates a range of sustainable design and operational strategies, including high-efficiency HVAC systems, LED lighting throughout, enhanced envelope performance, and advanced indoor air quality measures. Water-efficient fixtures and smart controls further reduce overall resource consumption, helping ensure long-term operational savings and reduced environmental impact.

The original target for the project was LEED Silver, but through an exceptional team effort, we elevated the building’s performance and delivered a LEED Gold certification—exceeding expectations and achieving a meaningful step forward in Porsche’s sustainability goals.

A huge thank-you to Praxis3 and Porsche Cars North America for their collaboration, commitment, and trust throughout the process.
