If customers are expected to front the cost, the process should be timely, respectful, and reliable. This isn’t.

Advocating for ada access/support is important. Too often do I see invisible disabilities ignored or omitted from local policies. Conditions such as POTS is a difficult one to manage, having access to things such as seating and shade can make a huge difference in public spaces.

@TheEDSociety This is such an important topic. I also think it’s an under discussed topic related to the use of many medications. So many medications have a side effect of contributing towards or causing gastroparesis, and the typical responses to just throw more meds at the problem.
