Dear Mom, I wish you could see how much the World has changed. No longer is Mental Illness something to be ashamed about, in fact we have a day dedicated to openly discuss it. We don’t see people who suffer as weak, there is compassion and empathy. Love you Mom ❤️

Good morning, Canada - it’s #BellLetsTalk Day, and I hope you’re ready to start talking. Because that’s how we can break down barriers and end the stigma around mental health. And with the year we’ve had, that’s more important than ever. So, are you ready? Let’s talk.
Not sure we’ve ever lived in a time when it’s more important to check in on friends and loved ones to make sure they are doing ok. Today would be a good day for that.

It's a great day to check in on family and friends, but it's also a day to check in on yourself. I've been there. It hurts. It's not easy. But there is help. The first step is often the hardest but it's also on the path to better days. You are not alone. #BellLetsTalk
My truth: I’m having more bad days than good right now; more moments than I care to admit where I don’t feel like a great mother, daughter or friend.
But it helps me to say this out loud, and admit that I need support sometimes.
It’s okay to be human. ❤️ #BellLetsTalk
Marcel Santos is a beautiful person who has been experiencing #homelessness for over a decade. We would love to find him long term solutions for housing and employment. Any support is welcome!

With tremendous help and support of a friend at the #tcdsb, we were able to coordinate with three high schools (Brebeuf College, Mary Ward CSS, and James Cardinal McGuigan CSS) and distribute over 200 backpacks to go out to deserving students!
