@Airtel_Presence What is the process to pay airtel black bill from any payment app other than airtel thanks. The amount shown on fetching details is on for broadband. DTH part is not shown.
Don't know how @HDFCBank_Cares card offers logic works.With my 19 year old salary a/c, all crappy card offers. Only card they offered is Freedom LTF. On my wife's account with no salary credit keeps getting decent card offers. RMs are also useless.

@KotakBankLtd I am not able to do NEFT for one of my saved beneficiaries on Kotak 811 app. The same transaction works the old Kotak app. I tried deleting the beneficiary and adding again in 811 app. But did not work. Kotak support outright refused to accept my complain.
@Airtel_Presence Very bad support from your team. Switched to airtel black from Tata Play recently. Surprised that there is no parental control. Not able to stop few channels. Customer care not helping

@Airtel_Presence Airtel Black is supposed to premium service. It is pure rubbish. I am waiting for a resolution for several days. Have been provided a crappy setbox. No local support assigned even after multiple complaints.

@HDFCLIFE I bought term insurance with topup in 2019. But every year I have to remind your support to add the topup. Your backend support team does not know basic math.. I dont understand how things are being run in this company.
@HDFC_Bank salary account is worst you can open ever. You do not get any real benefits. What you get is good for nothing relationship ship managers who are only interested in opening FDs.
