Imagine, if you will, 50 years from now, on the 300th birthday of our country, telling, no, BRAGGING, to your grandkids that you played a part in shutting down the "official" 250th celebration at the White House.

That's assuming this country survives another 50 years, much less patriotism and pride in it. I won't be here to see it, but my kids might be, my grandkids WILL be. My youngest 2 just turned 1.

What makes it even more sad and infuriating is that her parents KNEW she was having a crisis and did little to nothing to intervene and get her help.

The very animals she harmed could have helped her.

She had her own horse. She was a fellow competitor. Was she caring for it herself or were her parents paying for someone else to care for it?

I can't see her caring for a horse AND doing this to someone else's horse. It just doesn't "Gee-Haw" with me.
