.@British_Airways, my luggage was completely lost three weeks ago on a LHR-BCN flight. No progress on the website (still missing), I filed a claim and have heard nothing back, followed up on the claim twice and heard nothing back…. Am I just out of luck here? Is anyone there??
Entering day 3, our last in #barcelona. Still no baggage or information from @British_Airways in any way. No compensation, no assistance, no nothing. Leave on a 12 night @CarnivalCruise tomorrow, and will be missing so many critical things.

Well, @British_Airways lost our bags (as well as bags of everyone on our LHR-BCN flight. Literally). Flight was delayed hours, bags never loaded. Waited at BCN for hours with everyone who checked bags, told luggage would be delivered this AM. AirTags show it still sitting at LHR
Anyone have any luck with @British_Airways customer service? Twitter account apparently isn’t monitored, phone staff was unable to answer basic questions, we’re having a significant issue here.
