@cpsenergy because of all this and @ERCOT_ISO blackouts my older kids and grandbabies were forced to be in their car for warmth!!! unacceptable. they decided to chance it on surface streets to get to my home. they were forced to choose between 2 horrible situations.

@cpsenergy 1 minute of power is not rolling blackout. I haven’t had power in the last 4-5 hours: before that it’s been off longer then comes on for 30 secs to 1 mins since this morning: I can’t even charge my phone to 100 percent . Had to use what I had left on computer to charge phone

@cpsenergy Give us 30 fucking minutes to heat up our houses. This is insane, I don't even care that the power is going to be out for an extended period of time. But to leave this many people without heat is inhumane. Some people get to go all day with heat and some have to freeze.Fix it Now

@JonathanNorwo19 @cpsenergy Agreed. There's no excuse for this. They had weeks to prepare and tell us what to do if this happened. Now they tell us that we won't have heat during freezing cold temperatures and only some will get it without interruption.

@cpsenergy @ksatnews 5 minutes of power is not a “rolling” blackout, considering other communities haven’t had any interruptions. If this were due to weather service wouldn’t be be consistently turned on for exactly 5 mins each time. @ksatnews @1200WOAI report this.

@cpsenergy Its 211am, in bulverde village, and power came on for literally only 5 secs. How is that fair or even possible. When right across 281, they have uninterrupted power. People are freezing, food going bad, and we have resorted to sitting in our cars to stay warm, and charge phones
