I'm not with pushing my energy on nobody else if it ain't the right energy tbh
Ngl I immediately go silent when something upsets or hurts me. it's a coping mechanism i have developed over time. Instead of expressing my anger or frustration, i simply just withdraw and try to process my emotions in private.
I told my therapist:
“I’m not suicidal…
but I’m tired in a way that scares me.”
She didn’t brush it off.
She didn’t say “everyone gets tired.”
She didn’t tell me to think positive.
