Basically saying if technical flooding occurred from a sporadic, burst of moisture, it's not covered. But if it slowly happens overtime, they won't cover it. I'm just making a point of the run around.

@Duke_of_Duh @ZJekith @_Brodwen_ Also insurance says it isn't covered because it's a "long term" problem and not a sudden problem of moisture, and if it was flooding that it wouldn't be claimed either.
