If you wanna find criminally cheap properties, don’t go on Rightmove. ❌
Instead, go to the Companies House website. ✅
Most people fight over the same listings.
That’s why they overpay.
Here’s exactly what to do 👇
Step 1: Click “Find company information”.
Then click “Advanced company search”.
Step 2: Under “Nature of business”, type SIC code 68100.
That’s buying and selling real estate.
Step 3: Under company status, select
Active
Liquidation
Administration
Insolvency Proceedings
Voluntary Arrangement
Then click update results.
Step 4: Click registered office address.
Search the city you want to invest in.
Now you’ve got a full list of companies that are likely under pressure.
Companies with assets.
Companies that need to sell fast.
This is where real discounts come from.
You’re not bidding against other investors.
You’re speaking directly to people who have time pressure to sell their assets at a discount.
That’s how you buy property properly.
Most people never see these deals because they don’t know where to look.

As a CEO, I’ve sat in countless interviews and one thing that gives us pause with brilliant candidates is if there’s too much GAP in their CVs.
What does a gap tell us about the candidate?
1. A gap doesn’t automatically mean incompetence but it does trigger uncertainty.

Proposal for an Expanded Nigerian High Commission and Consular Presence in the United Kingdom
Dear Honourable Minister @BTOofficial,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing as a concerned Nigerian residing in the United Kingdom who has observed firsthand the increasing pressure on the Nigerian High Commission in London.
Since 2021, the number of Nigerians relocating to the UK has surged dramatically, with students, skilled workers, families, and business owners settling across the country in unprecedented numbers.
This demographic change has significantly overstretched the capacity of our High Commission. Systems are strained, appointments are becoming more difficult to secure, and even straightforward issues feel overwhelming due to the sheer volume of demand.
The current single-location structure no longer accurately reflects the distribution of Nigerians across the UK, nor does it sufficiently serve their needs.
Therefore, I propose establishing additional Nigerian High Commission consular offices in key regions of the UK. While diplomatic protocol often designates one “High Commission” for the capital city, opening additional Consulates or Consulate-General offices would greatly enhance service delivery and accessibility for our citizens.
Recommended Cities for Additional Nigerian Consular Presence
Based on population clusters, accessibility, and expanding Nigerian communities, I respectfully suggest the following locations:
Manchester – A major hub for Nigerians in the North of England; excellent transport links.
Glasgow – Serves the growing Nigerian population across Scotland.
Cardiff – To support Nigerians in Wales and alleviate their travel burden to London.
Newcastle – A strategic position in the North East, home to thousands of Nigerian students and families.
Establishing consular posts in any or all of these cities would:
- Reduce overwhelming traffic to the London High Commission.
- Improve processing times for passports, BVN, visas, and emergency services.
- Lower travel costs and hardship for Nigerians residing far from London.
- Strengthen Nigeria’s diplomatic visibility and community support throughout the UK.
Nigeria would not be alone in expanding its diplomatic footprint in the UK. Many other countries operate multiple consular offices besides their main embassy or high commission in London.
Such arrangements help decentralise services and bring government support closer to citizens.
Considering the size, distribution, and contributions of the Nigerian diaspora in the UK today, adopting a similar approach is both timely and appropriate.
I respectfully urge the Ministry to consider establishing additional Nigerian consular offices across the UK. This would be an investment in efficiency, accessibility, and the welfare of our citizens abroad.
It would also showcase Nigeria’s commitment to supporting its diaspora and enhancing the quality of public service delivery.
Thank you for your attention and consideration. I trust this proposal will receive thoughtful review.
