@drmbct @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva We deserve the compensation refund as this has traumatised many people and several thefts occured, wasted our valuable time and had to bear more loss just because train had less passengers (there were still 100+ passengers inside, majorly senior citizens) and you terminate it

Since 11am train hasn’t moved from 8km before surat. At 10pm we get a message from irctc that the train is terminated at udhna junction. Rajdhani 12952 was stuck in same route and has moved since path from Vasai clear @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva

@drmbct @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva We demand compensation for stranding us and terminating the train at night, we had to pay for accomodations and travelling by ourselves, the least you can do is refund is our ticket prices from Surat to Bandra Terminus

@drmbct @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva We know why the train got terminated cz many young travellers managed to book uber cabs in afternoon only and they went crossing the tracks getting to nearby road and went to their destination so several coaches were almost cleared like that hence you terminated it

@drmbct @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva When our train got terminated at 9:33pm we got an update that train 12952 Rajdhani was moving towards mumbai from Virar and atleast terminated after getting in mumbai, as the water levels had already decreased and trains were able to move but you still terminated our train

@drmbct @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva What should we do at night? Can we travel by other transport facilities at night? We had to arrange stay and we went mumbai by road which were clear in the morning and trains also were already running since very early morning

@drmbct @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva If the train was supposed to be terminated for our safety then the least you could do was terminating it in day light time, there were majority senior citizens in our train which were stuck it was so unsafe, many thefts occured in our train as it was standing at one place for hrs

@drmbct @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva There was no communication with irctc or anyone, tc also didn’t care to communicate with us it was 9:33pm we waited trusting our tc and at that time in night our train was terminated everyone got sms and other trains started moving toward mumbai which were stuck like us

@drmbct @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva We were stranded since 11am and tc told me around 2pm that train won’t terminate as it is on the said tracks, and many were terminated if our train was supposed to be terminated it would have happened earlier, we trusted him

@CBafna56139 @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva they could have atleast terminate the train in day light time, we were stranded around some location 8/9kms away from surat since 11am and didn’t move till we got termination message at 9:33pm there were a lot of senior citizens in our train and many thefts occured too

@AshwiniVaishnaw @IRCTCofficial all the trains in this route have started heading to mumbai. Please take quick action and move this train towards mumbai. There are 100+ locations whom you are leaving halfway nowhere
