@clintwfischer So if they are part of a Board, on salary, they will not receive K-1’s for an ownership of an LLC or Partnership. So that means all of the assets (crop, cattle, M&E, etc) are Dad’s/in a trust and the profits are therefore, Dad’s. The bonuses would then be a gift from Dad, right?
