@EAHelp Hi there ea help I was playing friendlies and I have scored a goal my opponent then leaves as we was doing golden goal and I got this message I’ve then played another game on that game and got the same message

So I asked ea help the other day regarding the packs that people was getting and I got told that I was getting them the next day to find out that I can’t get them because they cannot give out packs
