@eric_hoffman @UtahCoronavirus @GovHerbert You must've missed the "decrease their pos rate" part of what I said. Let me lay it out more clearly. New york tests way more people, regardless of our level of sickness/situation and therefore causes lower pos rates. Dont be so hasty to draw conclusions
