And now Colorado Democrats want to legalize prostitution under SB26-097. The bill repeals the state criminal offenses of prostitution, soliciting for prostitution, keeping a place of prostitution, patronizing a prostitute, and prostitute making display.

When this passes (and it will), there will never be another reason to patronize Denver. There will be prostitutes on every street corner, along with the pungent smell of marijuana and the subtle aroma of human shit.

This bill states, "The general assembly further finds that: An overwhelming majority of firearm restrictions enacted in Colorado since 2013 are incompatible with the text, history, and tradition of the second amendment, the constitutional standard affirmed by the United States supreme court in N.Y. State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen, 597 U.S. 1 (2022).

"The legislators and lobbyists responsible for these laws have demonstrated either willful ignorance or outright contempt for that standard.

67-YEAR-OLD TO SPEND 4-YEARS IN PRISON AFTER DEFENDING SELF FROM CAREER CRIMINAL IN NYC:

67-year-old Charles Foehner has officially been taken into custody in New York City to start his 4-year prison sentence after defending himself from a repeat offender with 15 prior arrests and a history of mental illness.

Charles, who is a retiree with no prior criminal record, had to sell the home he and his wife owned to pay for legal fees and he will also be cut off from his social security payments while in prison.

Despite Americans across the nation reaching out to the District Attorney and the judge in his case, Charles was sentenced to 4 years in state prison for “criminal possession of a weapon”.
