@nat_outnumbered@AvantiWestCoast Most of them really …. Like say you enter your name and have a space afterwards it doesn’t like it. And make sure numberplate is upper case
@nat_outnumbered@AvantiWestCoast Make sure you’ve accepted the Ts&Cs …. I’ve had it before where it’s a bit fussy with any spaces in the details or where I’ve not confirmed the Ts and Cs ….
@StagecoachCNL Hi, we were following behind your 400 service coming out of Silloth today, (PX05 EKJ - 34715) and its bottom of set of back lights were off for part of the journey and then flickering so possible electrical fault!

@northernassist Hi, I have contacted them and have been told that they cannot book passenger assistance, as they aren’t insured to help get buggies onto or off a service!!
@CrossCountryUK terrible service on the 12:12 Plymouth service from Birmingham New Street. Only 4 carriages, train absolutely rammed, people sitting wherever because you decide to put a smaller train on. Have an infant travelling and can't sit down.
