After a full day to celebrate and process what our Bobcats did yesterday, here are my postgame thoughts:

- Defense: Wow. Absolutely amazing adjustments compared to the Rutgers game. We forced turnovers, the pressure was on point. And they were fully accustomed to the high tempo offense West Virginia handed us.

- Offense: although there were some struggles in the turnover department, that didn’t define us. We did an amazing job at mixing up the run and pass game. And that was evident with a rushing and passing touchdown.

That just proves that it wasn’t a fluke against Rutgers. We performed at the same if not even better level against West Virginia. Will that translate against the #1 team in the nation up in Columbus next week? Who knows. We will be walking into a night game at the Shoe. After all they are the defending national champions. But I’m very proud of this team. We really are one of the more elite Group of 5 programs in the entire country.

Back-to-back conference championships incoming.
