Something I don’t talk about much — I work with a small group of players, both in Houston and remotely, and honestly it’s one of the more rewarding parts of the game for me.
I’ve been in pro ball for a while now, and I’m still playing, still grinding, still learning. That part matters to me because it means I’m coaching from a place of relatability. I’m in it right now alongside these guys.
The players I work with aren’t just looking for someone to fix their mechanics. They’re bought in. They want to develop, they want to be pushed, and they actually care about the process. That makes it easy to show up for them.
And my approach isn’t just about performance. Workload management and health are non-negotiable for me — I’ve lived through what happens when those things get ignored.
Developing the person matters as much as developing the player. The mental side, the habits, the self-awareness. That stuff compounds.
I only take on a handful of guys at a time so I can actually be accessible and make an impact with each guy.
Have a couple spots open right now, and the investment is more affordable than anything comparable out there.
If that resonates, shoot me a DM. @BluebookBeede
It was a great opportunity to be in camp with the @Cubs - even though I got released I proved to myself I’m still a big leaguer. I was top 10 in the MLB in avg velocity gained from last year and still have more in the tank! Thats why I came right home to @LionsDen_Htx and got right back to it! NOT DONE YET! ☎️
