Having a more diverse police force I believe can help us combat the hatred hatred people have towards the police. By having a more diverse police force can help certain groups feel less targeted because of their race or skin color.

Police brutality has got extremely out of hand and I believe believe something that could help prevent a lot of it is the power training be taught to officers on a regular basis, not just once and done. Our work is always changing and there is always new things to learn.

I understand that we need some gun laws to keep things under control, but why do people think that adding more gun laws is going to keep guns out of the hands of bad people. If someone wants to do something illegal, do you really think they care what the law says?
