@delta Both Fly Delta app and customer service got an error when trying to reissue for available flight. On hold for 30+ waiting for manual reissue-please fix the app and/or speed up phone service

@DamarisRushford @DTWeetin @Delta That is EXACTLY what @Delta did to us on DL1337. Don't get your hopes up on them making it right. I would start making other arrangements ASAP. If there is any legal way to get off the plane I would do so now! They stranded me in the Detroit Airport overnight.

@YanTwohands @Delta I imagine it was very hot too, just like it was on DL1337 when we were delayed for an hour and a half. Got stranded in Detroit Airport overnight because @Delta made me miss my connection. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO FIX IT! Sorry for your troubles! I am DONE with DELTA!

@Delta can someone please help me? I keep getting misleading information about a refund that I was promised and nothing until now? I have my purchase email confirmation from your website, tickets refund numbers and now I am on the phone and they are saying nothing is on file!!
