@AmericanAir SDF to DFW - 10/24 - 4 delays, 2 b/c your plane broke on the runway, and you refuse to reimburse my hotel, a measly $132. I had the same issue with SW once & they took care of me asap. I don't want miles, I want $$. I travel a lot for work & won't use AA anymore.
