The issue is, I don't know with 100% certainty how usage limits are calculated.
I'm logically assuming that user based prompts count toward your 5hr window, and I'm using session start and end times to calculate weekly usage limits.
Can we get some native support in the Claude Code status line to show 5hr and weekly limits @AnthropicAI
I don't imagine this gets priority so I made this to show it in the meantime

Curious about Sift? ๐ค
I created Sift to "sift" through all my content - YouTube, newsletters, blogs, everything - to extract only the high-value, novel content I think we are all looking for. It has saved me countless hours of research, study, and learning. I no longer worry about clickbait subscriptions or blogs that rarely offer value. If something valuable is available, it will be delivered to me according to my preferences, goals, and desires - not an algorithm's.
๐๐ป Ditch the clickbait and open-mouth nonsense - embrace genuine value.

Curious about GPT-5's capabilities? I put it to the test with Sift, my brainchild, to test design and security.
Let's dive in ๐งต
Test 1: Homepage makeover

Gotta hand it to GPT-5 for the UX stuff you can't see ๐
Security? I ran my my sec workflow through it and it did fairly well!

This is a great step forward for Anthropic including this slash command - /security-review.
Itโs fantastic to check for these things as far left as possible.

For a lot of people and companies, however, you will likely need custom integrations and custom checks. This is why I published Ataraxia a while back. It operates exactly like this.
๐๐ป Feel free to use and abuse it ๐๐ป
