@EM_RESUS If I had to guess- elevated hemidiaphragm from some form of nerve injury. Seeing ribs behind the opacity suggests there isn’t something solid occupying that space like a mass, herniated bowel, etc. anatomy shouldn’t make sense for airway obstruction w/ atelectasis. Def not pnx
