@MikeNerdlaw Literally walked all the way over their for the poach raids just for them to all vanish on me😭 I’ve been out since 9am so the walk was already painful😭
Tom Holland might be the biggest reason Spider-Man is thriving right now.
Back in 2019, when Disney and Sony split over Spider-Man, Tom reportedly helped push both sides back to the table and got Spidey back into the MCU.
Then after No Way Home, while everyone was pitching multiverse chaos, Tom kept pushing for a story that actually mattered. He even delayed Spider-Man: Brand New Day to film Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey, and that extra time reportedly helped Marvel rework the script, hire Destin Daniel Cretton, and focus on telling a stronger story.
Tom doesn't want Spider-Man movies made just because they print money. He wants them made for the right reasons.
Love him or hate him, Tom Holland has earned a lot more credit than fans give him. If Brand New Day delivers, his influence may end up being one of the biggest reasons why.
Netflix film chief Dan Lin has reaffirmed that they will not work with directors who want theatrical releases.
“There is a group of filmmakers who still want theatrical. Those are filmmakers that we’ve accepted we just won’t work with.”

@CultureCrave@IGN As annoying as this is, I’d rather them take their time to delivery a fire game! Unfortunately Insomniac was forced to rush Spidey 2, but if Sony gave them the time they need it’s could’ve been revolutionary
