VS Code uses 'utility models' for tasks like generating a chat title or a commit message.

This model is now configurable with the chat.utilityModel and chat.utilitySmallModel settings :)

Testing out our built-in mermaid support in @code that @mattbierner worked on and it's kinda crazy how views like this are possible.

Ask chat to output a mermaid diagram, pop it into the editor and get a closer look.

Works in Agents window as well.
