I applaud your commitment to crappy customer service - why NOT tack on another 2 hours of being on hold without talking to a single human being. If you're gonna suck, might as well go all in #CommitmentToCraptasticness
I get not being able to control the weather @SouthwestAir , but you CAN control your customer service experience and you've utterly failed. I was on hold for 2 hours this morning before your system just dropped my call, and then the line was busy when I tried to call back.
@brendandunne Sadly it went exactly how I expected it to - 💩.
Nike is too big of a company to be having these issues with it's app. I tried on 3 different devices and got errors across all of them.
