Meat is halal to eat so long as the animal is killed humanely and there is no name other than Allah mentioned when killing the animal. Also the animal must be permissible; for example it can't be pork.

Some people said, "O Allāh's Messenger! Meat is brought to us by some people and we are not sure whether the Name of Allāh has been mentioned on it or not."
