3. Be receptive to suggestions from coworkers and your players!

The men we have in charge of these two 15u groups are incredible human beings that I enjoy being around! @aidanmac_27 & @TylerSands_ are family men that truly care about the development of each individual they get to impact. Thats on the field and off the field.. no smoke and mirrors with these two. Both have a plethora of baseball knowledge & team building skills that young ballplayers need to be around!
