@SantiagoAuFund What I wonder is what happens in secret? It would be strategic to appear to be doing nothing but have something brewing behind the scenes. Things that get me wondering are quantum communication networks in place between BRICS nations. Why show your hand to the world?
@SocalMatthew80@prospertarian@DrJackKruse Sunlight all day, barefoot in the grass, ketogenic diet...deep ketosis with intermittent fasting, pitch dark room at night, cold plunging....this person probably won't do any of this....it takes a lot to get a person to change their habits
@DavidBCollum@twsofka I don't know your wife's situation but she should get a coronary artery calcium scan. This gives data on whether she has calcification in the heart arteries. I would do that first. If it were negligible then I definitely wouldn't take a statin.
@SamaHoole If you dry fast, you would use intracellular water that is at the 130ppm deuterium range from fat cells instead of 150ppm. This may be beneficial for mitochondria in the short term. Not sure if im thinking about it correctly. Obviously, we still need to drink water in the end.
@SantiagoAuFund I was thinking about the use of the words "win" and "lose" and what these words mean to people. It seems people expect a complete surrender and regime change to be a sign the US has "won." Maybe winning looks different from what we expect?
@SamaHoole Pair this with going outside every day. Rain, shine, snow, or whatever. You will start feeling like you're part of the real world again. Not the manufactured prisons we create--Devoid of natural sunlight.
@defi_naly@LynAldenContact Live Outside. Eat real lical food as it comes in Nature. Get sunlight everyday. Use the technology, but be aware of what it can do to you. Blue light from screens lead to dopamine depletion and addictions. Your life is more than money.
@ajwodecki@TuckerGoodrich For real, most miss the circadian and mitochondrial effects of light on the human body. One of the biggest changes over the last 100 yrs.
@caloriesproper2@AsarCadyn Fair. I don't really engage on X much. I don't even know if you're a human. I for some reason, get random tweets that are of a contrarian viewpoint to mine. I am not opposed to this. Probably to encourage engagement in the app. Good luck with your book.
@caloriesproper2@AsarCadyn I've heard other PhDs speak on this and I don't know how your book would change my mind. What I posted is accurate and well understood. Hopefully as a PhD. yourself, you understand that human diet varies by latitude, seasonality, sunlight exposure, age, etc.
@caloriesproper2@AsarCadyn Carbs stimulate insulin production that increases fat stores. Why a ketogenic diet works is due to lower insulin. In a low insulin state ketone tend to be the fuels source...derived from dietary fat intake or body fat.
@BobVGann@SamaHoole Grassfed ruminant meats contain Vitamin C. Organ meats like the spleen are higher than muscle tissues. If you are eating a low carb diet like a carnivore diet, less Vitamin C is required due to lower glucose levels.
@marvin_white_jr @wilsonhlthcoach Get sunshine...it sucks that there is no UV light where I live this time of year. Sunlight helps regulate immune function. It helps primary and secondary immunity.
