Clean up early torso rotation🚨

If you keep the pelvis sideways longer, the glove arm & torso will tend to follow.

In many cases, the glove & torso are opening early because the pelvis is leaking early.

Fix the underlying cause, fix the symptoms.

Here are some ideas (mobility & drills)⬇️

✅Adductor tissue work
✅Floor squeezes
✅Sliding hinge drill
✅Clevinger KB drill
✅Step-backs
✅Step-backs (front anchored band)
✅Hop backs
✅"Stay sideways" cue

Pitch Design Tip💡

It can be challenging to tell subtle differences in pitch shape at 60 ft, but back up to 90 & it's easy to differentiate.

I find this to be most helpful for FB/CT/CH.

If your CH is flattening out, try starting it at the belt & don't be afraid to bounce it.
