I’ve noticed something…
When I don’t go to bed on time everything else falls apart.
Discipline, mood, habits. All of it.
The more consistent I am with sleep the easier it gets to show up how I want to.
Might be the most underrated habit.
I’ve been reading books like I’m cramming for an exam.
No wonder I kept procrastinating.
Now I prioritize enjoyment over perfection.
Result: More books finished. Less stress.
My days used to feel like a total waste. These 5 habits actually helped me show up better without burning out.
1. Set a timer for every task.
2. No phone for 1 hour after waking up.
3. Sleep + wake at the same time every day.
4. Plan tomorrow's "to do list" today.
5. Take 10 min breaks between deep work.
Still figuring it out but these stuck.
5 things that helped me as a beginner photographer.
1. Watching tutorials on YouTube.
2. Taking lots of photos of lots of stuff.
3. Analyzing my photos for improvements.
4. Posting my photos on social media.
5. Developing a growth mindset.
Doing this for 30 days is game changing.
