2/2 Combine this with an unpopular incumbent, which fairly or not, was seen as the cause of inflation and not doing enough on immigration. It was always going to end up with Trump winning, we were just blinded by wishful thinking.

Can we stop with this? Trump won fairly. Democrats have a messaging problem and have had it for a long time. Not enough focus on bread-and-butter issues that affect families far more than cultural issues. Those cultural issues matter but not as much in this environment.

Offensive posts by North Carolina Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson were removed from the pornographic website Nude Africa on Thursday, hours after a CNN KFile investigation revealed a series of inflammatory comments posted on the forum by the controversial and socially conservative Republican nominee for governor of North Carolina.

It’s unclear whether the comments were removed by Robinson or Nude Africa administrators.

Neither the Robinson campaign nor Nude Africa responded to inquiries from CNN.
