@caitlinemrose4@_dollydaydreamx hi so, it’s not every race. The drivers didn’t lose any positions because of how the race unfolded. And it’s utterly disgusting to think that a mechanic who has worked his life to make it to work in F1 should change career cause your driver didn’t get a quick pitstop
@caitlinemrose4@_dollydaydreamx Oh seriously? A mistake and now they should change careers? I’m sure you don’t see it but others also make mistakes, hence why 1.9 second pitstops aren’t the norm.
@_dollydaydreamx I’m gonna leave it there cause the points not getting through, they’re human, support the team and don’t out a single person on the team cause that’s not how teams and supporting teams work ✌️
@_dollydaydreamx “Countless times”, and they’ve done x1000 more pitstops that have been behind closed doors and they’ve gone perfectly. It’s just pressure. You are on their back cause you’ve captured a video to post on social media. Again it could just be said unlucky and move onto the next race.
@_dollydaydreamx The 1.9 is genuinely a freak of nature and only has been replicated a few times. In the video, I bet the mechanic has gunned it to his muscle memory, he’s not gonna realise it’s not done up until he realises, it just happens that the wheel guy caught it first
@_dollydaydreamx What can be put in place? An extra set of mechanics? This is Motorsport stuff happens, I know in F1 you think mistakes are rare, but everyone’s human, I’m just saying get off the mechanics back
@_dollydaydreamx Never implied you were sending death threats, never a nice thing but the drivers are unfortunately used to that, being hardened and trained by PR etc, these mechanics don’t get that, again, just say unlucky and car on, it’s part of racing no matter what discipline
@BazmanCTFC@BritishGT Completely agree with you, when I first saw the car at a test day at Donington in March I fully fell in love with the car, and completely agree with the Colour, was very surprised when we unloaded the cars at Spa and the Ginetta was plain white 😅
@BazmanCTFC@BritishGT I’d say that’s a hard no, it was a tough first 3 events for the team with 1 car finishing in the first 2 rounds and then how difficult Oulton was. Personally enjoyed the Lotus aswell btw, V6 sounded amazing everytime I heard it, especially when setting off out of the pits
