Valpo senior Tyler Schmidt is entering the transfer portal, he announced.
The 6β4β guard started 19/34 games, and averaged 10.1 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.2 steals per game.
Schmidt shot 38% from 3 (39/102).
I would like to thank Valparaiso University and the coaching staff for the opportunity to play in my hometown this past season. After careful consideration, I have decided to enter the transfer portal for my final year of NCAA eligibility.
