Introducing Substrate.

AI slide decks where you edit the prompt, not the pixels.

Pixels can't be diffed, reviewed, or co-authored. Prompts can. So in Substrate the rendered slide is just a build output: deck design prompt + slide prompt in, image out.

Humans edit in the UI, agents edit over MCP, same artifact. Version history, propose/approve review, seed-pinned regeneration.

I think i found Coursera "AI Guardrails" prompt injection they have in place to prevent AI completing their courses.

But didn't seem to fool opus 4.8
