@DavidayoAI I wouldn't mind Austin, so my 2 choices would be either Meta or the startup. Assuming these are both projects I like, I'd pick Meta, considering the COL to Austin would be similar to other places I might choose to live therefore I'd go into the office for a $70k bump in comp.
